In Almaty secondary school No. 125, construction of a new building for 600 student places begins.
Secondary school No. 125 is located in the Almagul microdistrict. Now it is visited by 1,850 children, so there is an acute shortage of places.
"Our school was built in 1986, there is a need for additional places. When we were informed about the construction of a new building, we were very happy, as this will solve the problem with the shortage of places. Unfortunately, there is no place to even put elementary school children. The new building will be completely allocated for primary school. According to the project, the building will occupy the territory of an asphalt playground, the territory will be landscaped and a sports ground will be built," said Shamshinur Bakieva, director of school No. 125.
The new three-storey building, which will be built by the construction company SABA GROUP, will be occupied by primary school students.
The training block will include eleven classrooms, a small gym with separate locker rooms and showers.
"Our company, as a socially responsible business, supports the instruction of the head of state on the construction of new schools. We strive to provide maximum comfort and make sure that the changes benefit the residents. The building will be built taking into account the latest safety requirements," said Yerzhan Abdikadirov, director of the SABA GROUP construction company.
The construction of the extension will be completed next year. In addition, for the convenience of residents, a polyclinic, a kindergarten and a police stronghold will be opened on the territory of the Comfort City residential complex.
