The facade of the residential building will be updated at the request of the residents of Almaty.

After the release of information in the media about the launch of a new project — the Comfort City residential complex — the residents of the neighboring house No. 296 on Gagarin Avenue asked SABA Group for help. They published their appeal on the social network Facebook.

"Surrounded by beautiful houses, our house looks funny and stands out for its dead and depressing exterior facade. Really, as after the bombing, all the plaster and paint collapsed. Pensioners, large families, families with special children live in the house. In response to our requests for the reconstruction of the house, we received information about the repairs on loan. Pay the authorities monthly! From whom to take?! What do we pay taxes for?! Isn't it a shame to see such a house in the center of the city, in the upper part of it," writes Sholpan Sugurbekova, a resident of the house, a mother of three children.

Representatives of the company held a meeting with residents and offered to repair the facade of the house, replace the old windows in the entrances with new ones. Old-timers of the house recall that major repairs have not been done here for several decades.

"I have lived here for more than 10 years and have not seen a single repair. The house is nice, strong. We pay money for the service, but KSK does not take action. Many thanks to the company for such a gift. No one did this to us, " says a resident of the house Kopey Sugutbekova.

According to the president of SABA Group Yerzhan Abdikadirov, the company will also carry out calculations for the repair of the roof, which is in a state of disrepair.

"At each facility, we help those who contact us free of charge. We held a meeting with the residents and decided to help the neighboring house, " he says.

The company estimated the repair of the house at five million tenge. A team of builders is already working on the site, which will update the facade of the house and change the windows in the entrances within a few weeks.
