The construction holding SABA GROUP told about innovations that will improve the lives of not only new residents, but also neighboring houses.
SABA GROUP President Yerzhan Abdikadirov spoke about the great work done on the project of a 5-storey residential building along Tulebayev Street in Almaty, which includes a landscaped courtyard with a playground, expanded parking, an amphitheater with a fountain, tree planting, replacement of the roof and sewerage in the basements, new engineering networks and repairs in neighboring houses.
"We see how it is possible to transform the block, to build a house with a modern and comfortable infrastructure on the site of an abandoned wasteland. And the social burden that we take on makes the central district of Almaty more comfortable. At the same time, taxpayers ' money will not be spent on this," says Yerzhan Abdikadirov.
According to him, at first, some local residents negatively perceived the construction of a house on a vacant lot. Another was pleased with the prospect of improving the yard and removing the old fence, which is more than 30 years old. The company also took over the work of preserving the metro mine, for which the city authorities did not have the money.
Initially, the project envisaged two 9-storey buildings, as the company focused on the neighboring high-rise building. The project also provided for a green area and recreation areas. Later, some residents of the 9-storey building opposed the number of floors. Their proposal was taken into account in SABA GROUP and now they plan to build one 5-storey building along Tulebayev Street. The residential building project includes 40 apartments and a large parking lot, which solves the problems of residents of neighboring houses.
"The building will correspond to the neighboring architectural appearance, and in terms of height-5-6-storey residential buildings located on the east side of Tulebayev Street. The new house will not stand out from the general background by its location or appearance. In addition, we were guided by the movement of the air mass. We took into account the opinion of not only the residents themselves, but also the architects, for example, we consulted with Nurlan Kamitov. Taking into account the wishes of all specialists, we decided to preserve the architectural style, " Yerzhan Abdikadirov notes.
A resident of the house No. 112 on Nazarbayev Avenue, Gennady Gusynin, also shared his vision about the upcoming changes.
"I am a native of the city of Almaty, grew up in this area and raised children, raised grandchildren," says Gennady Gusynin. - The abandoned plot irritated the residents of the nearest houses. Our houses are built in the 50s and 60s and do not represent any historical value. The houses need major repairs, it is necessary to improve the yard area. When they say "historical appearance", I do not understand what we can show our tourists: an undeveloped courtyard, metro mines, an abandoned construction site? What's wrong if the investor wants to build a beautiful, modern house instead of all this "ugliness" and will finally give us the opportunity to live in a new beautiful courtyard."
