On May 31, 2025, Saba Group Kz officially began issuing keys to apartments in the second stage of the Arman City residential complex, in blocks 3.12 and 3.13.

The first tenants have already received their long-awaited keys and can start the next stages - inviting designers, planning the interior and starting repair work.
