SABA GROUP KZ has announced the completion of the third phase of construction in the "Comfort City" residential quarter, located at the intersection of Al-Farabi and Gagarin avenues in Almaty city. Along with this phase, the company has completed the construction of a police station, enhancing the safety of the "Comfort City" area for its residents.
The complex's 3.5-hectare courtyard includes everything to make "Comfort City" not just a residential area but a self-sufficient quarter. It features running tracks, trampolines, children's playgrounds, swings, football and basketball courts, a tennis court, and even singing fountains.
For residents' safety, there is a dedicated police station on the complex's premises.
"It has become normal for us to start construction by creating a comfortable environment. The residential complex is surrounded by all necessary social infrastructure. This includes building a school, then a kindergarten, followed by a clinic, a police station, and household service facilities".
The developer has paid special attention to safety within the complex area.
"We are the first in Kazakhstan to introduce dancing and singing fountains in the courtyard. Residents can enjoy a relaxing evening breeze without leaving the premises.
This project is unique with its tower-type buildings, which create a cool air flow between them. The complex is built considering all modern architectural requirements and includes a kindergarten, police station, medical facilities, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and service outlets".
The company has now started construction on another ambitious project named "Arman City."
Many residents are already discussing this project, as the company has built a park area for leisure before even starting the project. SABA GROUP KZ has funded the lighting, greening, and landscaping of this urban area.
Locals eagerly await the project's completion, as it will be a new leisure and relaxation quarter. The company assures simultaneous completion of the residential complex and a school for its residents and those of nearby houses.
