As a part of its active expansion in the international market, the Ribas Hotels Group hotel operator has taken over the management of the Saba Tower aparthotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
They have also acquired Moon Rock Villas complex and Big Waves Berawa aparthotel in Bali, Indonesia, as reported by the company's press service to "Interfax-Ukraine".
Saba Tower, a project created by Saba Group, marks Ribas Hotels Group's entry into the Kazakhstan market. The company is fully involved in this development project from conceptualization and architectural design to future management. The project's architect and concept designer is Olga Esvandjia, and Tatiana Morozova handles interior design. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Arthur Lupashko, the founder of Ribas Hotels Group, noted that profitable projects like Saba Tower are just beginning to emerge in Kazakhstan. He believes that this real estate niche will actively develop and attract developers, private investors, and guests of aparthotels.
Saba Tower is a multifunctional 24-floor complex located in the central district of Almaty, covering over 27,000 square meters. It includes retail spaces, class "A" offices, and a four-star aparthotel managed by Ribas Hotels Group. The aparthotel consists of 130 rooms spread across five floors, with apartments available for purchase by private investors.
In Bali, the Moon Rock Villas complex and Big Waves Berawa aparthotel projects are being implemented in partnership with Big Waves Development. Big Waves Berawa aparthotel is located in the popular tourist location of Canggu. It features a pool and is within walking distance to many infrastructure facilities. The project is set to be completed in 2024.
The press service noted that this is the second aparthotel in Bali managed by Ribas Hotels Group, following the takeover of Anta Residence Canggu in June.
Moon Rock Villas is a villa complex in a conservation area surrounded by rice terraces, jungles, and teak forests, 20 minutes from Sanur area, beaches and Ubud.
The complex offers a variety of touristic places, including a shopping center, jewelry workshop, zoo, healthy food restaurant, temple and extreme sports center. There are two types of villas: a 90 square meters single room with a pool and a 130 square meters double room also with a pool. The project was started in July 2023 and is expected to be completed in July 2024. The land is leased for 25 years with a guaranteed option to extend for another 25 years.
