SABA GROUP KZ intends to construct an international hotel in Almaty. The building will be a 23-storey structure, comprising both the hotel and facilities for the service of tourists and visitors.
The complex will feature a banquet hall, restaurants, and coffee shops with terrace access. For investors, there are office spaces and a 3-level underground parking for 265 vehicles.
The upper floors of the building will host residences. Tourists will have access to gymnasiums, spas, leisure, and entertainment zones. There are also designated meeting rooms and co-working spaces for discussions, meetings, and freelance work.
"We acquired this project at the zero readiness stage. Currently, we see a significant influx of tourists and a severe shortage of international-standard hotels," explained Yerzhan Abdikadirov, President of SABA GROUP KZ.
In line with the mandate of the Head of State to attract investments and develop infrastructure for tourism, and with the support of the Almaty Akimat, we modified the original business center project to cater as a hotel. The investment in this project will exceed 26 billion tenge. Up to 1000 service jobs will be created. This new complex will spur development in this district and enhance the city's appearance with its modern facade.
