1. Sales managers call owners floor by floor to determine a convenient meeting date.
2. You come to the sales office at the appointed time.
3. A tour of the new apartment: you see over and accept it under an acceptance certificate.
4. Get your keys!

If you have not yet received a call, do not worry: the manager will surely do it soon.
