Someone was born and grew up here and believes it is the Golden Square that is Almaty. Every building here pays tribute to the southern capital-specific classic architecture.
What it is all about
The Central residential complex at the intersection of Tulebayev and Bogenbai Batyr (former Kirov) streets is a club house that has all necessary features of the new world: from the latest construction trends to the smart home system designed in a modern style, which, however, incorporates classical architecture elements Saba Group KZ, the company responsible for Central, says that this was one of the most challenging and important conditions for them: to keep the balance of modernity and not to disturb the neighborhood’s architectural pattern.

Highrises wouldn’t work here for sure. Of course, the notorious blowing-through capacity has been unfortunately disturbed long before us. But it is a matter of esthetics and love for our city, and there is also a point that high-rise buildings inside this dense low-rise development would simply block sunlight for someone. We couldn’t let that happen either,” Saba Group KZ commented.

Central is a low-rise building with only five stories (plus a residential attic). Sixty-five apartments with a ceiling height of over three meters and almost three-meter high windows. First, it is beautiful. Second, buying a home in Central, considering how the real estate market gets stormy from time to time, can be a very profitable investment. Apart from that, there is a playground, a workout area, a relax area, arbors, electric car charging stations and a table tennis ground within the residential complex — though it is better to use the developer’s term and name it “club house”.
What is around
The new building is located in Medeu district of Almaty, which features well-developed transport links and all necessary social and entertainment infrastructure,” Saba Group KZ noted.
The Central club house is surrounded mostly by medium-rise residential buildings, with many green areas and parks that can be reached in a few minutes. There is the peacefulness of the old center of Almaty with hundreds of infrastructure facilities and solutions here: the Central Park of Culture and Recreation, the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, the Kaisar Plaza mall, the legendary Green Bazaar — all literally within walking distance.
Pharmacies, clinics and polyclinics, emergency hospital, central clinical hospital, restaurants, cafes, bars, confectionery, pizzeria, Abai National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and Kazakh State Philharmonic... Everything is nearby: schools, university, bank and post offices, gas stations, service stations, car washes, circus college and experimental theater workshop. It is a truly vibrant cultural scene.
What it is made of
The complex is a five-story building with an attic, which was designed with account of the region’s seismic patterns and modern trends in the international construction market. The building is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation and frame that ensure its high seismic resistance. Energy-efficient thermal blocks were used for the external walls.
The modern technologies used reduce the cost of housing maintenance and provide a decent level of comfort. All windows have energy-efficient glasses in aluminum sash. The apartments have open balconies.

The building has advanced engineering systems and necessary communications connected to the central networks of the city. Silent high-speed elevators are installed in the house. Particular attention is paid to the development of the adjacent territory divided into functional zones. The courtyard is closed to outsiders, there is a video surveillance system and own security service.
