A celebration of the national holiday of Nauryz was held in the Comfort City residential complex located at Gagarin Avenue below Al-Farabi Avenue in Almaty. The celebration was arranged by SABA GROUP KZ.

Nauryz was a success: city residents and guests were offered pilaf and Nauryz kozhe, sports competitions on national Kazakh games (arkan tartu, assyk atu, togyzkumalak and kazaksha kures) were held with excitement and fun. The company dedicated this event to the handing over of the keys to first stage apartments, where 680 families got the keys.

“We’re very happy to get the keys to our home on the threshold of Nauryz. I believe this is a symbolic and significant event for my family,” an owner of an apartment in the new building shared.

The guests had a chance to look over and assess the scale of the project and the amazing views from the windows.

“It’s symbolic that the keys to the first stage apartments are handed over in the month of Nauryz, which embodies the coming of spring, the beginning of the new and bright,” SABA GROUP KZ President Yerzhan Abdikadirov commented.

Some have moved into new apartments, while others have started to make repairs. Two joyful events — celebrating the Spring Renewal Day and getting a new apartment — gave the Comfort City residents a good mood and positive mindset.

As a member of the Board of Trustees of the AUTISM-ZHAN ALEMI Foundation, the company paid attention to families with special children by presenting gifts on the threshold of the holiday. “The happy faces of our children and moms are a gratitude for us,” the company representative noted.

The Comfort City residential complex is an independent residential block offering conditions for comfortable living. A sophisticated infrastructure, large yard with fountains, kindergarten, school, healthcare facilities, own police station, electric car charging stations, restaurants, boutiques, dog walking areas and many other amenities for residents.

As the company’s president noted, almost all apartments in the residential complex have been sold to date. And although the commissioning of the second stage is scheduled for June, and the full project will be commissioned this December, there are only third stage apartments left for sale.

The company has made a name for itself in the real estate market.
