"We listened to the opinion of the residents of neighboring houses and changed the project: we reduced the number of floors and provided for a single courtyard. "Central" includes modern infrastructure and comfortable landscaping with recreation areas, a football field, exercise equipment and a playground, as well as a relaxation area with a fountain.
