On December 25, the company presented a New Year’s performance featuring some Kazakhstan musicians to the future residents of the Comfort City residential complex.
SABA Group President Yerzhan Abdikadirov is sure social responsibility will change the city for the better.
“I’m sure on the threshold of the New Year we can give every Almaty citizen not only a good mood but also show what Almaty of the future can look like. The social burden we take on makes our city more comfortable, with no taxpayer money spent on it. The Akimat will be able to use the savings for other socially important projects,” Mr. Abdikadirov noted.
The Comfort City residential complex will offer its residents a new kindergarten, outpatient clinic, police station, electric car charging stations, beautiful fountains, green plantings and many other amenities.
“We’ve long dreamed of our own home, and our dream is coming true now. We always wanted to live in a new modern home. Comfort City brings to life our heart’s desires — this is where we will raise our children,” an owner of an apartment in the new residential house shared.
As a socially responsible company, SABA GROUP KZ is committed to improve the life of Almaty citizens through its projects. The Company has built a new building for school No. 125 for lower grades, repaired the facade of special boarding school No. 2, made major repairs in some houses at the request of residents and planted 500 trees in the city. After the January events, the developer presented apartments to the families of deceased military and police officers.
During the coronavirus pandemic, the company presented a PCR laboratory to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, helped the Aspandau Foundation to publish books, supported the work of Yerkesh Shakeyev, and built a soccer field for children.
On the threshold of the New Year, SABA GROUP KZ greeted 75 disabled children of the Kenes center and provided financial assistance to low-income families with special children.
